Returns/Exchanges

At Bestchoicefitness.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their online purchases. 

·        “Order cancellation window- Contact us immediately prior to shipping.

·        “Damaged-in-transit resolution”-It's unlikely to occur but IF when your item arrives you notice any damage on the outer carton or packaging, document it fully.  Take photos of it from appropriate angles and make sure you write it down on the shipping invoice PRIOR to receiving your copy.  It must be recorded on the main copy so the manufacturer can see it arrived that way.  We will contact the manufacturer for you and present your photos for replacement of the damaged part(s), or the entire unit if need be.

·        “Warranty handling”-Each item on our site has its warranty information stated plainly.  We will assist you in any qualifying "in warranty" issues that may arise.

·        “Refused delivery / restocking fees”-If you refuse the delivery without prior communications with our company you can (and most likely will) be held responsible for the shipping both ways by the manufacturer.
