Returns/Exchanges

At Bestchoicefitness.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their online purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it (if unopened) for a full refund within the first 30 days of the date listed on the purchase invoice with the following guidelines and exceptions:

If cancelled within the first 24 hours, prior to the shipping of the order, a refund will be issued promptly.  If the item has shipped, a 5% charge will be deducted from your product refund price as an administrative fee.

Once an order has been assigned tracking, it absolutely cannot be cancelled. The customer will be required to go through the return process outlined below.

Pre-Orders or backordered items maybe be cancelled at any time prior to restock and shipment unless otherwise communicated to you. 

Orders that have been shipped and are requested by the customer to be returned must be done at the customer's expense.

*Sale Items* and *Items that have been mishandled, damaged or altered beyond reason* cannot be returned or refunded.

Custom made items unfortunately cannot be returned as per the supplier's policies.

To initiate your return please contact us and provide a copy of your original invoice mailed with the order along with a brief explanation for the return. Doing so will allow for a prompt refund while helping us to improve our products and services offered to you. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging and packaged exactly as when the item was opened for the first time, so as to ensure damage does not occur during the return shipping.  As specifically mentioned above, all returns that are approved of shall be done at the customer's expense.

The customer has 7 days from the issuance of the RMA to return the product.

Credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned product.

You will be provided with an authorization to return your item which must be shipped at the customer's expense as prepaid and insured. The return address will also be provided once the return has been approved.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, and receiving a return authorization, will not be accepted.
