As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND that due to the Covid Crisis, the fitness industry is under more pressure than they ever have been. Our suppliers generally always have items in stock but surges on equipment have been occurring often so there are times when a shortage may result. If that happens and your item is on back order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail. It will be up to you if you wish to proceed once you are informed of the expected shipping date(s). If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Once your order has shipped it can take between 4-7 days for your order to arrive, depending on your location and method of shipment. Delays may occur in which you will be notified as we will keep in contact with you while your order is being delivered.
Lastly, if your item requires freight, and if on that particular item the freight is your responsibility, then we will provide you with the prices prior to confirming your order. In each ad we specify if we are shipping the equipment at our expense, or if the shipping costs will fall upon the customer. We'd LOVE to ship every piece of equipment to you at no charge but unfortunately in certain cases that simply isn't possible due to how certain companies structure their equipment sales. However, we do promise to find the best Freight prices so as to save you money.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Since some equipment we sell is custom made, you will be provided with projected shipping dates and confirmation of shipment at the time the items ship.
