The leg rollers remove quickly and easily with a single pop pin and keep you stabilized while doing decline exercises or sit-ups. A handle with foam rubber grip and wheels makes it easy to reposition or move out of the way. This is an often over-looked, extremely versatile option that’s just as at home in a garage gym as it is in a fully stocked athletic training facility.

Built Legend strong out of 3-inch square, 11-gauge steel and fully welded, this bench will not shimmy no matter how much weight you pull when using it. Chrome-plated cam plates and pop pins make for fast, easy adjustments that will always be smooth. Marine-grade upholstery and ultra-dense foam will last for years, even with the most vigorous use.

SUPERIOR ADJUSTABILITY
The Four-Way Utility Bench offers the most adjustability of any Legend Fitness bench. It declines to -15°, lays flat, offers five incline angles (15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 75°), and sits fully upright at 85°. The seat has four positions at 0°, 5°, 10°, and 15°.
